RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns on eligible domestic orders that are received within 7 days from the day the order was placed. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and include all original packaging (like certificates of authenticity, Professional Enthusiast tote bags, shoe boxes, the original invoice attached to the order, and tags with no signs of damage). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we've received the item(s), we'll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, however strongly encourage customers to choose the "signature required" delivery option because of the risk of loss or theft. When the "no signature required" delivery option is selected at checkout, we're unable to be held responsible for replacing packages.
Also note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages—but you pay just one shipping fee!
